Today, aljeel maintains databases of enormous important inventory items and their suppliers through the use of sophisticated data management tools and inventory master. Our continuous fine tuning of inventory parameter management ensures optimized inventory turns, item traceability, optimal Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), replenishment strategies, effective consignment stock and SLOB management.

Our warehousing and logistics strategies were established based on many years of continuous improvements, with the objective of meeting our customers’ demands in the quickest and most efficient way, in order to deliver our products as swiftly as possible. Our tailored in-house customs clearance capabilities guarantee optimal clearance cycle times. Additionally, we ensure efficient logistics flow across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through a sophisticated transport network scheduling with fully equipped and temperature-controlled fleet fit for reverse logistics & recalls management.

Forecast & Demand

By capitalizing on its collaborative culture, aljeel successfully integrated planning with a single view on demand, via an established Sales and Operations Planning process. At the core of our demand forecasting strength lies a fully integrated CRM with critical input data visibility.
